I recently ordered a 72-inch box with hutch and thought I added side drawers. The price was £1799 for just the box, and an extra £100 for the drawers seemed like a good choice. After speaking with a representative and paying promptly, I was surprised to receive my order without the drawers. When I called, they informed me I hadn't ordered them and could only get a 10% discount on the new price of £299. I requested they honor the original price, but they refused, despite setting it themselves! I also bought another item that week. While the box looks decent, I feel cheated and worry about potential issues. The customer service was lacking, and I doubt I will shop here again.
