I had a 3-day window to collect my vehicle. On the second day, I received an email stating that I wasn't on a main route and that they required additional payment. By then, it was too late, and I felt pressured to sign a new contract within the hour or risk losing the deal. I am indeed not off a main route. This feels like total fraud and a bait-and-switch tactic.
