Utterly unacceptable. I received a notification about a positive test and needed medication, yet I am now on DAY FOUR trying to get the company to send my prescription to the pharmacy. The staff are rude, unhelpful, and show no empathy. Avoid this service.
Failed to get a test yesterday…The website told me to try again tomorrow. I checked all day today, every hour until midnight, and it says the same thing. CANNOT GET ANY TEST. Why are you treating people's health like a lottery?
Account verification issues. I was told to wait 24 hours and try again. I even attempted to create a new account with a different email, but faced the same problem. On my first attempt, the verification code was labeled 'wrong,' but it wasn't. The SMS never arrived. Customer support is completely useless. They seem indifferent to serving their customers. This experience has been terrible.
Extremely slow service. I sent an email with no response. I texted the number regarding the test kit, still no reply. It's been 2 weeks since I returned the kit, and there's no phone number to speak to anyone. I assume my kit is lost in the mail, so I've had to order some medication online due to their lack of service. A complete waste of time!
Referred to order an STI test due to my chronic illness, and with no transport available. It's only midday, and they've already 'hit their quota' for kits in my area. No mention of this at all on the website. I’m expected to try again tomorrow morning for a testing kit. As someone with chronic fatigue who struggles in the mornings, this is frustrating. It took my postcode initially, then asked for it again to order, only to say they’ve reached their daily limit. Why wasn’t this known from the start? Now, I may spend days trying to get a kit.
Absolutely appalling!! I can't even express how poorly this service is managed! I've deleted my account and currently have no access to essential health services! They have created a system that just redirects you endlessly, with no way to file a complaint. Many people are left without access to vital services - including those in dire need. Get it sorted out!
It was an easy and helpful way to get my contraceptive pill for years, but when I tried to reorder, I was informed they no longer serve my area. It’s quite frustrating that there was no prior warning. I hope I can find my pill elsewhere before I run out.
