I booked my delivery for my bed this morning for next week, but I realised after I booked it that no one would be there, I phoned back and spoke with Jafar Ali and he was very kind and understanding and rearranged my delivery for this weekend.
Laiba was so helpful. I didn't realise my work schedule and she changed my delivery date at short notice. She was extremely polite, professional and helpful. I really appreciate all of her help. She was also really easy to talk to and communicate with.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating due to poor service. They only deliver to select areas once a week, which is unacceptable when many companies offer next-day delivery. Our delivery was delayed after a previous failed attempt caused by a weather issue. To make matters worse, they brought the wrong items—some were ours, but others belonged to someone else. The delivery drivers realized the mistake shortly after leaving, and despite my husband contacting the company within 45 minutes, no effort was made to fix the issue. After work, I had to reach out again since they had done nothing to resolve the situation, leaving a child without a bed. When I finally got through, the only solution was to correct the delivery a week later, leaving a young child without a bed for that long! They refused to assist further and blamed the bed provider instead. The representatives were unfriendly and kept accusing us of not being available for the delivery, despite having evidence of my husband interacting with the drivers. This has been a hard lesson learned, and I am deeply disappointed in the conduct of both the drivers and the support team. They showed no interest in helping, and I am still awaiting a callback from the driver and the manager to address the issue.
The mattress was delivered flawlessly today. I had to step out for an emergency, but the driver called and left the mattress in a secure spot. The interaction was very pleasant. Many companies could learn a lot from this team. A five-star experience!
My order hasn't been delivered, and I've received no updates regarding the delay. The tracking shows the vehicle returned to the depot, with multiple orders ahead of mine. This leads to concerns about the scheduling of deliveries. Communication has been very lacking. While I recognize the area has poor signal, it doesn't excuse the failure to contact me for rescheduling or to gather address information.
