I had the worst customer service experience, not just once but twice. The first time, I received an incorrect item and despite multiple emails and photos, no refund was issued. More recently, a product was unfit for use, and they keep asking for pictures and emails without sending a refund. It's frustrating to deal with a company that seems to cheat customers. I recommend avoiding them entirely; there are many more customer-friendly options available.
