On Monday, 22nd February, I was informed that one item was out of stock and a refund would be issued—quite disappointing to learn three days after placing the order. Furthermore, the delivery partner frequently changed the estimated delivery times without providing tracking. Initially, I was told to expect delivery between 11:18 AM and 1:18 PM, prompting me to leave work, but it was later rescheduled to 4:48 PM. While the company offers a fantastic selection of high-quality products, the delivery issues significantly impacted my overall experience. In the future, I might prefer to visit a local store to collect items directly.
