I visited after a recommendation from another store nearby, and the experience was fantastic. The customer service was outstanding – the team was helpful and attentive, and the chairs we considered easily made our top five shortlist. However, when we visited another location, the experience was quite different. While comparing chairs, the sales representative did not approach us, which was disappointing and discouraged us from returning to that location. We ended up ordering online while still in the store, and the online process was actually smoother than the in-store experience. The pickup from the warehouse was great; the staff were very helpful and assisted with loading the chairs. Thanks to the teams for their excellent service. It’s also worth mentioning that there’s another outlet with a wider selection and additional discounts, which is great for bargain hunters.
