I had a representative come to take measurements, and he was great. However, the blinds were rescheduled due to sickness, leaving me with bare windows for three days. When the fitter arrived, he seemed rushed and did not collect the right payment. I later received a call claiming I had refused to pay, which was not true. I wish I had not paid over the phone. I won’t be using this service again.
