The representative was excellent; he assisted me in finding the colors I wanted and offered a great price. I would definitely recommend this service. This is my second experience, and just like the first, it was very pleasant. 5 stars! =)
After measuring and ordering the blind on November 4th, it was supposed to be fitted on November 18th. However, the wrong blind was delivered. It was reordered and scheduled for fitting on November 27th, but a noticeable mark was found on it. I’m truly disappointed and would consider canceling if I hadn't already paid. I hope this service contacts me quickly with a suitable date. They need to improve.
I have had a very negative experience. I scheduled a repair for my blind over three weeks ago, and nothing has been done. The representative I spoke with assured me it was booked, but that hasn't happened. This is unacceptable service, and I would not recommend this company.
I will be avoiding this service again. The fitter installed two blinds, one of which was satisfactory, but the roller blind was poorly done. I previously had a better experience with another company, and I don’t understand why this job was left unfinished. Avoid this service!
I had a representative come to take measurements, and he was great. However, the blinds were rescheduled due to sickness, leaving me with bare windows for three days. When the fitter arrived, he seemed rushed and did not collect the right payment. I later received a call claiming I had refused to pay, which was not true. I wish I had not paid over the phone. I won’t be using this service again.
