I've ordered from this service before and had great experiences, but my recent order has made me hesitant to return. I chose them for their high-end designs, but the ceiling fan arrived in a box from a different brand, which I later discovered is a standard fan available for much less elsewhere. Customer service mentioned an exclusive section, but no price matching was offered, and I was told to pay for return shipping. Thankfully, a helpful representative assisted with my damaged box return, but the lack of transparency is concerning. I also returned a flush mount light that didn't fit my renovation, yet I’m still awaiting refunds for both returns after weeks of follow-ups. Apparently, it can take over 30 days? I’ll be shopping at a different store next time.
