The quality of the lights is outstanding and surpasses most competitors. Having installed many lights over the years, I can easily identify quality differences. These lights are comparable to well-known brands and possibly even better. The finishing touches were impressive. I will definitely order more in the future and highly recommend this service to anyone undertaking renovations. You won't be disappointed!
We faced multiple challenges with a lighting order that revealed serious quality control problems. We received incorrect parts twice, each time with instructions for a different fixture. The canopies for identical fixtures varied in size, creating an uneven installation. Each issue required further coordination and additional electrician visits. While mistakes happen, the management of these errors was disappointing. After several documented issues, we requested a supervisor call but endured delays without follow-up. This lack of urgency was disheartening. As a contractor, I had recommended the service, and these issues reflected poorly on us. The combination of quality control failures and slow responses does not inspire confidence for future business.
I purchased a chandelier, and while I like it, I discovered it was missing two essential thumb screws for assembly. I reached out to customer service, and they requested photos and details. It's just two screws, yet they’re conducting an investigation. I could easily find replacements myself, but for a $700 item, I expected better service. This experience has made me reluctant to purchase more premium lights from this service due to the difficulty in resolving a simple issue.
I've ordered from this service before and had great experiences, but my recent order has made me hesitant to return. I chose them for their high-end designs, but the ceiling fan arrived in a box from a different brand, which I later discovered is a standard fan available for much less elsewhere. Customer service mentioned an exclusive section, but no price matching was offered, and I was told to pay for return shipping. Thankfully, a helpful representative assisted with my damaged box return, but the lack of transparency is concerning. I also returned a flush mount light that didn't fit my renovation, yet I’m still awaiting refunds for both returns after weeks of follow-ups. Apparently, it can take over 30 days? I’ll be shopping at a different store next time.
