Bought a 995.00 fan plus other items adding up to over 1800.00. Completely wrong fan sent. I have sent an email to customer service and recd quick response for photos which were already in email. Resent no word. Have electrician doing all finish work until tomorrow …. Ordered in plenty of time. Now NO fan and will have to pay addl trip for electrician to finish living room fan with high ceilings. Packaging of fan sent was terrible fell apart when brought into house. Not happy at all!
