My internet connection is fine according to the company's own quality test (I specifically chose this service based on that quality). I received a typical response stating that they couldn't provide further support. Essentially, it felt like they were saying, 'We can't resolve your issue, but thanks for your money.' I've initiated a chargeback with all evidence, including screenshots of reviews highlighting the service's shortcomings. As many have stated, I expect to receive my refund. They attempt to brush off complaints, claiming no obligation, but they clearly lack understanding of consumer law. Just avoid them altogether.
