This is the most dishonest service I have encountered. I faced an issue for nearly a month that stopped me from using the service. It seems they are unwilling to resolve the problem in order to avoid issuing a refund, claiming that the issue must be fixed first, which contradicts their own terms and conditions. They are nothing but thieves!
My overall experience has been quite positive and aligns with what was promised. The only reason I deducted a star is due to the recent promotion that was exclusively for new customers, who receive that discount permanently. It would have been beneficial to see some recognition for loyal customers as well. While I understand the focus on attracting new clients, it can feel discouraging for those of us who signed up without any discount.

The website's claim that the service works on any device is misleading, as it should clearly state incompatible devices to prevent confusion. I find it hard to believe that a company could be so unaware of its legal obligations. Their previous response claimed compliance with regulations, but my payment provider disagrees, and I've been refunded. This will also be reported to the relevant authorities.

Streaming in 1080p was smooth, with only occasional buffering for a minute every hour. I played several games, including Star Wars Battlefront 2 and Dispatch, both of which worked seamlessly. The service allows for mod installations, which is a nice touch.
