In my first review, the company instructed me to contact support for assistance, but no help was provided for device-related issues. Instead, I was reminded of their refund policy, which I believe violates consumer regulations. My payment provider agrees and has issued a refund. The website's claim that the service works on any device is misleading, as it should clearly state incompatible devices to prevent confusion. I find it hard to believe that a company could be so unaware of its legal obligations. Their previous response claimed compliance with regulations, but my payment provider disagrees, and I've been refunded. This will also be reported to the relevant authorities.
