I so wanted this to work.....unfortunately couldn't even get past the loading video screen. Kept getting errors about update your video card drivers (which are updated with the latest)...I jumped through the hoops and sent all the logs they wanted for tech support hoping for some help and tech support is pretty much non existent. Sounds like an awesome service and was excited to try it out with high expectations. But was quickly shot down trying to just connect to the service. Some sort of tech help would have been nice. Still waiting to see if they even answer the tech support ticket i put in. As of now, have to give this overall new account service a 1 star rating. They need to give like a week free trial to see if the service even works for you instead of paying for the service upfront. Never a good thing to pay for something and the first thing you have to do is contact tech support to even get the service to work. Anyway, would not recommend this service just on the tech support issue alone.
