First logistic company to have an option in the support to say press one if there has been an incorrect update, just to stall the delivery these people change the address themselves and make a fool out of the customer. I don’t know why brands like new me uses their service they are only gonna spoil their name because of such a shitty logistics service. They only know how to stall in the name of customer service, waste people’s time and make a fool out of people. I wish i could post screenshots here!
