Shadowfax technologies limited is vey worst courier service, parcel are always delayed, today is my last courier from shadowfax, now if any courier comes from shadowfax I will cancel it. I think this is a fraud company. Disgusting👎🏻👎🏻
Very very poor service, courier delivery partner have no responsibility lazy person.
Poor services provided by shadowfax , I am a seller and my shipment has been delivered to customer but shadowfax person did fraud with us he didn't mark shipment as delivered but marked this as RTO.This is not the first time when it is happening and no revert from shadowfax official email id and also courier person abuising over the call when we requested to update the shipment as delivered.

Terrible experience! I placed an order on Meesho, and the delivery team rescheduled the date three different times. If Shadowfax cannot handle deliveries properly, they shouldn’t take responsibility in the first place. Honestly, I’d advise everyone to avoid buying products online if the delivery partner is Shadowfax — their service is absolutely unreliable.
My order was scheduled to be delivered on 10th February 2026. It had already reached the Shadowfax office close to my location. However, on 10th February, the tracking status showed “delivery attempted at 10:40 PM.” I never received any call from the delivery person. Also, why was delivery attempted so late? The standard delivery window mentioned is 9 AM to 9 PM. The portal incorrectly shows “customer not reachable.”
On 12th February, the delivery was rescheduled. I received a call from a delivery person asking me to share the OTP, claiming that the parcel was mistakenly assigned to him and needed to be reassigned. After sharing the OTP, I later found that the app showed “customer rescheduled.” I had not requested any rescheduling—this was done by the delivery agent who misled me.
The Shadowfax Kondapur branch shown on Google Maps appears to be only 3 km from my home, but when I visited the location, there was no office there. There is also no contact person or valid phone number listed: I am unable to contact any Shadowfax representative. When I called the delivery person who asked for the OTP, he said it was not his delivery and that another delivery person would contact me—yet nobody did. I also raised a ticket with Shadowfax support, but there has been no response. I only receive automated messages saying someone will call within 24 hours, but nobody has contacted me. The customer care number (08068172518) also does not connect me to a representative.
Since these are food items, I am concerned about the parcel being stored improperly in a warehouse where it could be exposed to insects or rodents, leading to contamination. From 10th February onwards, the status repeatedly says: “We will re-attempt delivery tomorrow. Please be available for the delivery.” But no delivery attempt has actually been made.

I just want to bring to your notice that your workers are doing a great job in stealing parcels and starting their own business as well, they removed the label from one parcel and pasted it on their own created parcel and delivered it to me with consignment number SF2913731643SRF from Delhi to Hyderabad. The weight was reduced from 2kgs to 36 grams. They stole a parcel box containing earrings, if they want to add bangles, let me know address I will send them bangles and other ladies stuff also.. Very much disappointed with these kind of workers.

The service provided a very unsatisfactory experience. My shipment was marked as a failed delivery attempt, despite no one reaching out or visiting my address. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this delivery service.
The delivery personnel refused to bring my package to my home, insisting I meet them on the road over 100 meters away. Their communication was poor, and I was not satisfied with their behavior or service. They claimed that the company does not permit deliveries to customer doorsteps. Is this an acceptable way to conduct business or provide service? There is a clear need for improvement in the communication skills of your delivery staff.
I placed an order for an eyeshadow palette in September, but it wasn't delivered on the promised date, prompting me to contact customer support. My product was returned, and although I ordered several other items that arrived early, I faced issues again in December. The delivery service changed the date multiple times—from the 17th to the 21st, and finally to the 24th. This kind of inconsistency undermines trust in online shopping. If delays are expected, it's better not to accept orders at all, or at least ensure timely delivery.
