My order was scheduled to be delivered on 10th February 2026. It had already reached the Shadowfax office close to my location. However, on 10th February, the tracking status showed “delivery attempted at 10:40 PM.” I never received any call from the delivery person. Also, why was delivery attempted so late? The standard delivery window mentioned is 9 AM to 9 PM. The portal incorrectly shows “customer not reachable.”
On 12th February, the delivery was rescheduled. I received a call from a delivery person asking me to share the OTP, claiming that the parcel was mistakenly assigned to him and needed to be reassigned. After sharing the OTP, I later found that the app showed “customer rescheduled.” I had not requested any rescheduling—this was done by the delivery agent who misled me.
The Shadowfax Kondapur branch shown on Google Maps appears to be only 3 km from my home, but when I visited the location, there was no office there. There is also no contact person or valid phone number listed: I am unable to contact any Shadowfax representative. When I called the delivery person who asked for the OTP, he said it was not his delivery and that another delivery person would contact me—yet nobody did. I also raised a ticket with Shadowfax support, but there has been no response. I only receive automated messages saying someone will call within 24 hours, but nobody has contacted me. The customer care number (08068172518) also does not connect me to a representative.
Since these are food items, I am concerned about the parcel being stored improperly in a warehouse where it could be exposed to insects or rodents, leading to contamination. From 10th February onwards, the status repeatedly says: “We will re-attempt delivery tomorrow. Please be available for the delivery.” But no delivery attempt has actually been made.
