I subscribed for Ramadan recently, but my login stopped working after just 3 days. When I contacted support, they were unhelpful. Neither OTP nor other authentication methods worked for me. I requested a refund, and they told me to check the progress on Google Pay, which makes no sense since Shahid should be the one processing the refund. After months of ineffective back-and-forth communication, they eventually told me they couldn't refund me.It's just $10, but I want to share this with anyone reading this message. Would you be willing to let scammers take your legitimate money ?
