The worst customer serviceThey never reply and when they did i was cancelling my subscription and get back to it another time and it didnt unsubscribeInstead the recurring payment kept charging my card for the subscription I paid 1 month subscription when i was outside the UAE and the whole time the app wasnt working. I didnt use the app at all so i went and cancelled the subscription but it kept charging me. I tried contacting them but no one answered me from the agents and when i got back to them after they successfully took my money again I contacted them to tell them i dont want the subscription and i didnt want it in the first place they refused to refund me and their excuse was that i havent went through the cancelling process completely and they refused to refund me and now im forced to have a subscription untill the end of next month which i dont want
