The worst customer services

The worst customer services. I think the whole company/group operates in a very dangerous way if I’m being honest. These people have no idea what Data protection means, what rights a customer has and they’re allowed to operate in the UK. I cancelled my subscription but I generally delete emails so when I saw that I keep getting charged I contacted Shahid. I asked for a copy of the communication sent to me and surprise, they first said that they can’t send me then they said that they don’t have a process for this. For what? For proper customer service? I told them I know that they don’t want to share it because they knew I cancelled but they kept charging me. Very cheeky of them.I cancelled again and requested for all my data to be deleted from their systems. Let’s see what happens. I am taking this further, because they need to learn what customer rights are and Data protection.
