People from support team are arrogant and not listening at customers. If you’re not happy feel free to cancel as they say. Easy to say when you subscribed one year contract. Also it is one second to subscribe service but a nightmare to cancel. You must contact their support on WHATSAPP to act a cancellation. On the other hand, many content was available during Ramadan and disappeared just after. Customer support advised diffusion rights were only available during Ramadan (funny no?). My experience is not too good but Shahid have monopoly and no other official streaming platforms are available for Arabic content :-(
