Horrible!!they charge you before the end of your subscription, and you can never get a refund!Their terms and conditions are ridiculous. Be carful, cause you might be charged even if you cancel your subscription. The following is written in their terms and conditions: "unless you properly cancel your Access Plan prior to the applicable Renewal Date (as per the cancellation process described in these Terms of Use). You further authorise us to charge your Payment Method the Subscription Fees on or around each Renewal Date"It's even written "on or around" renewal date, so you never know when you're gonna be charged Haha!and that's what happened with me, they charged me before the end of the subscription and said we can do it because it's written in our terms and conditions.Just avoid them.
