Casting from the app to the TV through Chromecast is quite inconsistent and frequently fails with various movies and series. The support team was very disappointing. During my interaction on 13 December 2025, I received generic, copy-paste replies that didn't address my concerns and was repeatedly asked for screenshots, device information, and internet speed tests, without any real solutions offered. There seemed to be no sincere attempt to fix the issue. Overall, the technical performance was lacking, and the support was ineffective.
