I was sceptical before I started the programme because I thought I already ate healthily, exercised and I blamed my weight gain on menopause. Shane’s programme has changed my life. The support I had from coach Billy and Shane completely changed my perception of diet into how to fuel my body properly to enable me to loose weight and gain muscle without restricting my food and being able to eat the foods I like.Billy’s regular check-in’s really helped me stay on track, answer questions I had and make changes based on my progress. Everything in the programme was tailored just for me, including reverse dieting to get to maintenance calories. Billy also helped me manage my stress levels that I now realise was hindering my progress. This programme covers it all diet , exercise and psychology. I’m now set for the rest of my life 😀
