The Shankly sold us a butler masterclass and then told us we could not have both the butler and the class at the same time meaning we received no class and the butler left as he had nothing to serve us. The room was rough around the edges, the bathroom light didn’t turn off, the brunch was stale and the dinner was average. Communication with this hotel is near impossible. We are yet to be refunded our deposit despite no damages to the room.
