We have recently purchased & moved into our first home on Magna gardens. Our experience to this point could not have been better. This is in no small part to a few individuals. When we first enquired about the site Bernardo the sales rep was fantastic & helped with all steps of the process. We then visited site for the first time & met Rosie at the sales office. Rosie could not have been more welcoming & made everything for us & our children comfortable & easy to understand. Rosie genuinely cares about each home move, as is clearly evidenced by the fact she is still checking in with us now. Once we had brought our home & began what could have been an extremely stressful & difficult process, we came to site & met Lexi in the site office who in conjunction with Kelly supported us throughout the journey. Lexi has been nothing short of perfect throughout our entire journey. Nothing is too much trouble, any question you could imagine Lexi either knows the answer off the top of her head, or finds the person on site who does & gets back to you that same day. There have been a few occasions (due to this being our first property & our circumstances) we have had sudden questions & every time without fail Lexi has put our minds at rest & personally resolved a number of issues for us. Kelly likewise was a great help in reassuring us over the phone & again we really valued her in put. We then met Adam the site manager who showed us around our new home. Again he was extremely knowledgeable & has continued to explain features of our home & resolve any queries we have had. On our moving day it was Lexi who gave the care & attention, not only to making sure our home was exactly how she wanted, but to chasing all of the other details & numerous other people to make sure that completion went through in the easiest way possible. We could not recommend Shanley more. Yes due to the lovely home they have built us, but even more so for the individuals that work there, who have all combined to make our whole home buying & moving process actually enjoyable. Even the trade people/ contractors on site are friendly & will do anything they can to help. THANK YOU Bernardo, Rosie, Lexi, Kelly, Adam & co.Anyone thinking of a Shanley home, you will be happy, the build quality is fantastic & our home is better than we could have hoped.p.s if you ask for one of these individuals above you will be very well looked after.
