Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Order was supposed to arrive in 5-6 days. It’s been weeks and it still hasn’t shipped. The tracking info I was given doesn’t work. No one answers the online chat help, no one answers emails or the phone when I call. At this point I’m convinced this company is a full scam.

The quality of the knives is impressive. The customer support was also very courteous and helpful. Although the magnetic wood block arrived damaged, likely during shipping, the team promptly arranged for a replacement once I informed them. I will definitely use this service again.

Fraudulent Experience

I feel like I've been scammed. I ordered a kitchen knife but received a heavy garden toy knife instead. I doubt I'll get a refund since they don't respond to my inquiries. Be cautious; after payment, tracking your package is extremely difficult, and you can't even check your order status. It's a BIG SCAM!
