I bought some mattresses from Conrad Interiors last summer and was so impressed with the quality, value for money, and customer service that I went back and bought a bed as well.I was happy to pay extra for quality, but even then the price was still very decent. You can genuinely tell the difference in quality compared to my old bed, which was already a good-quality bed itself. This one is on another level.The service was very personalised, everything was clearly explained, and I never felt rushed or pushed into a decision. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the results and the whole experience.I would definitely recommend Conrad Interiors to anyone looking for quality beds and mattresses with excellent customer service. Very happy with my purchase.
I’m absolutely delighted with my Super King size bed from Conrad Interiors. From delivery to everyday use, the whole experience has been excellent. The delivery was smooth, on time, and handled professionally. The team at Conrad Interiors and especially Zak are highly recommend.The bed itself was bespoke made and the material used is luxurious. The quality feels solid and well-made, with a sturdy frame and a luxurious finish that instantly elevates the bedroom. It looks fantastic and feels even better to sleep in.
Was looking for beds for months and couldn’t find the one matches with our taste and budget until this company was introduced by a friend of mine. Honestly, I was surprised the quality of their beds with their reasonable prices. As soon as you walk in to their showroom you would notice that they are different. Also very friendly people. If I wanted to buy a similar bed from retailers it would have cost me more 2k at least. Highly recommend them.
Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Zak in the showroom was very welcoming, knowledgeable and not pushy. I have looked all over online for a reasonably priced bed and come across nothing but tacky and poor quality beds. The bed I bought from these guys is amazing quality and looks and feels like it should have cost double of what it cost. The delivery was quick and the staff were very friendly. I cannot recommend this company enough. Very happy
