I’d give zero stars if I could. In my opinion this company is operating a scam business. A huge red flag: when the only way communicate with a company is by email; no phone number or address is provided. After ordering, I received a email that the shipment was on its way. I emailed the company 2 weeks later to find out where my shipment was to find out it wasn’t even sent yet! The bras do not fit correctly. When I tried to get a return address to send them back and get a refund I was told only defective products would be refunded or replaced; they do not issue refunds for sizing or comfort issues! If the fit isn’t correct, it’s defective, and what kind of clothing company will not let you return an item that doesn’t fit even when you follow THEIR guidelines to order the size?! I kept asking for a return address and a refund and they just keep going around the issue. I finally had to contact my credit card company to report them. Their 100% satisfaction guarantee is a lie. All they will do is offer you a discount on another purchase. I never did get an address to return them or a phone number. I’m not even convinced my replies to emails were from a person instead of an AI generated response. Read all unbiased third party reviews before you consider ordering from them.
