If I could give zero stars I would. Garbage company... peddling garbage products. The "recommended" size was a joke and the quality was flimsy at best. After contacting customer service via email, I was asked to send pics of the bra and packaging (marked free bra) then I was ghosted.

I look great in the shape wear. I had one that did not fit. They sent me 2 more and all i had to pay was the shipping cost. I was apprehensive at first but it was in the contract. They were really nice in explaining everything to me so that I could understand. Great customer service.

I was scammed! I tried to return the bras as the material is VERY thin and does not offer support at all! EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED that they won't allow returns.

This is the reply I got from customer service when I asked for a refund.

"I understand your disappointment with the material and the support it offers.
We don't offer refunds for issues related to the perceived support or material thickness, as these are subjective. However, if you'd like to try a different size that might offer more compression, we can arrange a reshipment for a fee."
I want a full refund and not a replacement of another inferior product.

Customer service gets 0 starts bought the 2 bras for $28.99 even supplied them with screen shots and never got an actual answer. Their exchange / refund policy is a joke their sizing chart was wrong so I can pay postage and get an exchange but they did not address the false advertising at all. I gave up as a bad joke and will never waste my money again.

Product is cheap feeling and cups small. I bought as per their sizing guide and it was so big around the back I could put it on like a shirt and so small in the cup I spilled over.

Feel scammed! Bras don’t fit according to their size chart (didn’t for me) Customer support explains how Shapedly’s “policy” is only exchange or refund if there is damage or the item is faulty. You cannot exchange for a different size or a different style, they offer a store credit as goodwill. How are they allowed to do this? If garment doesn’t fit you’ve wasted your money! Bra packaging has no size a complete scam

This time, a sale was happening, and I noticed several more ads for different styles, so I decided to buy a few in various colors. However, a downside is that some of the bras lack size inclusivity. Additionally, they prompt you to sign up for a discount via email, but the entire website was already offering discounts, and I didn’t receive any discount code, which felt misleading.
