I will start this extremely long review by stating DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.I ordered on the 14th of October and it was processed and confirmed. By the 2nd of November, they had not yet been shipped out. So, I sent an email to ask for an update. On the 4th of November I received a response which told me that they were incredibly sorry and that everything was delayed due to high demand. Which was fair enough. By the 13th, I had heard nothing more and they still had not been shipped out. I emailed again. In which I asked about how I would cancel an order due to being fed up of waiting. Considering I had spent about £50 and had nothing to show for it, I thought I might as well get my money back. I received a response on the 14th from the previous lady I had emailed and she apologised again and informed me that she would raise the matter with the fulfilment team to proceed with the next steps and that she would update me shortly because she respected my request. By the 23rd, I had heard nothing. I emailed again, this time a bit more firm in my request. I demanded a cancellation and full refund and informed them that I would contact Trading Standards for advice if this continued to go on. I had a response from the same lady again on the 23rd and she sent a rather short email saying she would consult with the team and get back to me. On the 24th I received an email to say my order had been shipped. So, I emailed again to confirm I wasn’t actually receiving this order and I would still be getting my refund. A different lady responded to me. She stated, “We understand that you would like to cancel your order, and we’re truly sorry that we can’t accommodate this request at this time. Our order processing system is designed to be efficient, which means that orders are processed quickly. Unfortunately, your order has already been processed and is moving forward with shipment.” She then closed my ticket and deemed it RESOLVED. The processing system that was…too busy a few weeks ago…? Yes, yes, very efficient and quick - not. So, I emailed again, on the 27th. To some it would be ridiculous, they’ve been sent out whatever. But I’m determined to get my money back. In this particular email, I listed all my interactions and emails. Laid it out exactly how I have in this review. And the response I get? From ANOTHER member of their team. “Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Upon looking over your order, we found that your package was unfortunately lost in transit. We’ve already arranged a new one for you, and it’s now on the way.” It was sent along with a new tracking link, and A 20% DISCOUNT CODE? Why on earth would I want to order from here again? I wouldn’t. I replied, mainly in capital letters. Because no, it wasn’t lost, you never sent it out until a few days ago. I’m absolutely set on returning my order the literal instant it arrives and receiving a refund for it. Absolutely disgraceful. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! EVER!!!!
