Who is writing the positive reviews? Every other site is showing much lower ratings for this company and I agree. Their 100%Satisfaction guarantee is a lie. They will send you a defective, inferior product (if you receive it at all - it took several emails after my package was ‘sent’’ only to find out it wasn’t even put in the mail yet!), get your money, then change their refund/return/replacement policy and ignore you. Beware - the only way to communicate with this company is by email. There is no phone number or address listed, and requests for a return address are ignored. AVOID THE SCAM!
