Absolutely awful ! I am extremely disappointed with Shapely. I never received the items I ordered, and the company kept giving me different stories every time I contacted them. One day they claimed my order had been delivered, the next day they said it was still on the way, and in the end I received absolutely nothing.I work hard for my money, and it’s unacceptable to be lied to repeatedly instead of being helped. Their customer service is unprofessional, unhelpful, and refuses to take responsibility. I genuinely wish I had checked the online reviews before ordering, because now I see that many other customers had the exact same bad experience.I have already contacted my bank to request a refund because Shapely failed to deliver my order and could not give me a clear or honest explanation. I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone. Save your money and avoid the frustration
