Buyer beware - there are no exchanges or refunds available - for any reason whatsoever. Even if faulty and not for purpose - they are adament that because they sell everything in a 'sale' that they don't have to and WILL NOT refund or exchange. The bra sizing is not anywhere near correct so unless by pure luck you get one that fits well, you will be looking to get your money back to no avail. Awful, awful company - and what's concerning is that I've now found bad reviews going back over a year (wish I'd seen them sooner) - but no authority has stepped in and stopped them trading so women are still getting sucked in and losing money. Please if you're contemplating buying from them -just DON'T - you'll be throwing your money away. Getting a return address is impossible. They seem to be part of a German company: Fichte Holding GmbH, Konrad-Adenauer Str 30, 55218 Ingelheim am Rhein, Germany.
