I purchased an underwire bra and wrong size by mistake and wanted to exchange for no wire in the correct size. They wouldn't accept my exchange. I so wanted this product. I know it was my error. But a simple exchange was not too much to asked. I was even willing to pay for shipping. They said it was a hard no and then they wouldn't allow for a return/refund. Now I have two bras sitting in my closet collecting dust. 😠😡🤬
