The purchasing process was easy but getting the actual product, well that's another story. It's been two weeks since I ordered and the status still shows ordered. Their website says it will processing 24-48 hours. Well that's a lie. I feel like it's fraud. When I asked for a refund, they said they don't offer refunds but I still haven't received my product. So I guess I'll contact BBB and my bank and deal with it that way.
