What I received was visibly different in both design and material—identical to lower-cost shapewear I already own. It lacked the sculpting support and breathable fabric they claimed.I contacted Shapedly immediately, provided photo evidence, and requested a refund. They denied it, citing a restrictive return policy that only allows refunds for damaged items. They also refused a refund because the item was on sale, which is irrelevant when the product is not as described.Their final offer was a replacement of the same item with a reshipping fee—completely unacceptable. I escalated the matter through my bank by submitting full documentation.This company ignores misrepresentation claims and hides behind a narrow return policy. I strongly advise others to avoid Shapedly and review their practices on multiple websites before purchasing.
