If there was a way to give them a zero I would. If you have a quality, reputable product you would not have a no return policy basically. They will only take defective items back. They say they are a small business but what would a customer be considered. An individual has alot more to lose when buying from shapedly. DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCT. How do you know the size, fit and quality without having it in hand. PURELY GARBAGE!
