I sent clear, professional photos, and they acknowledged the defects, claiming this is normal because shoes are "handmade." They claimed the sole would flatten with weight and wear. They offered a 15% refund—despite running a 20% discount on their site. After weeks of trying to fix the sole, nothing changed. I followed up to ask for further refund, and they asked for more photos while wearing the shoe, which was difficult and frustrating. Overall, I don’t trust this company or the quality of their $100+ shoes.
