Great shoes, but disappointing customer support experienceThe shoes are fantastic—comfortable and stylish. However, my experience with customer support was less than ideal. After encountering a payment issue, two payments went through on different cards, resulting in duplicate orders for the same pair. I checked my account immediately after ordering, and it showed only one successful payment and order, so I assumed everything was fine.Later, it turned out to be an IT glitch, but customer support insisted that I pay €12.50 for the return, saying it was irrelevant since two confirmation emails were sent. I don’t agree with this policy, but I was left with no other option.
