I ordered specific items and sizes. Unfortunately, they were received in error. I immediately contacted customer service and advised of the error. I also provided photographs of the error. Customer service promptly corrected this and sent a confirmation Email regarding the New merchandise and the immediate shipment. SHAPERLUV absolutely has done everything at an Exceptional Level. I understand as a consumer there will and can be negative issues. SHAPERLUV clearly has done everything possible to correct this and any order!!
