I first bought the product to try it and it was amazing, comfortable and made of great quality boosting my daily life. I made a big order after trying it and for some reason the courier misplaced my package and delivered it to the wrong address. When I though i lost all my money and my items, Victoria came in to save the day and that is when SHAPERLUC show its true colors. SHAPERLUV is not just a great product but it is the care that will keep me a lifetime client. Victoria care about my situation as if it was her money and items that were lost. The experience was smooth, easy and the best thing is that Victoria contacted me immediately everyday to make sure I was taken care of.
I ordered specific items and sizes. Unfortunately, they were received in error. I immediately contacted customer service and advised of the error. I also provided photographs of the error. Customer service promptly corrected this and sent a confirmation Email regarding the New merchandise and the immediate shipment. SHAPERLUV absolutely has done everything at an Exceptional Level. I understand as a consumer there will and can be negative issues. SHAPERLUV clearly has done everything possible to correct this and any order!! SHAPERLUV by far the Best for Merchandise and Customer Service!

Delivery takes forever!
More than 1 month since order placed. The support keeps saying the same thing, till I realised, it's not a real person.
They just use ChatBot to reply. Shocking even they don't know when the order will be sent.

I have ordered shaperluv and I ended up getting the wrong size I reached out they responded real quick and wanted to fix the situation thanks to Victoria she helped me out wanted to verify pictures of the items I took pictures and emailed them back they responded and I'm fixed the situation now I'm waiting for my right size to come in through the mail thank you again shaperluv can't wait for the item to get here
I'm not sure I trust these reviews. I ordered the vests and a t shirt, just to give myself a little more confidence, and when wearing underneath a t-shirt it's impossible to tell I have it on. I took three photos, vest, tee, and with nothing under a standard t shirt. My wife couldn't tell the three apart. I'm overweight by about 15kg, and expected better. I do sweat more when wearing it though, so maybe I'll help with the weight loss.
Great product, but my experience actually receiving it was HORRIBLE. Firstly, if products are coming from overseas, it should be known before the purchase. Because I wouldn't have made the purchase if I knew so. Secondly, it took a month from purchase to delivery!
I have ordered twice from Shaperluv and I haven’t had any issues with this product. I wear it Daily at home, work, to the Gym or just out and about. HIGHLY recommend these!!
The clothing fits exceptionally well, and I plan to keep purchasing from this seller. However, I do have a concern regarding the sizes of the beer belly t-shirts. I ordered the largest size available, which is 2XL, but it turned out to be much smaller than expected. Unfortunately, I can't return or exchange it since I ordered it internationally, and it took a week to arrive. Luckily, my brother can wear it as a regular t-shirt.
I never received my items and was only sent automated messages saying they were stuck in customs for two months. After that, I never heard from anyone again. I made a purchase from the platform, but I'm still waiting for my items.
