Please do not order anything from Shapshe, they are a Scam. I placed an order and inputted my address correctly but the address printed on the shipping label was incorrect, confirmed by USPS. This caused my item to be sent back to their facility. I emailed their customer service requesting a refund since their return policy on their website states they have a 30 day return policy for unused items. They first suggested I try to pickup the item from USPS even though it’s now back in California. I replied I’m from another state, I cannot pick it up. They replied back:The package will be destroyed upon return, therefore we cannot offer you a refund or arrange for redelivery. We are willing to give you 20% discount for your next order as a compensation. May I have your opinion?Vicky1213…so, please do not waste your time or your money with this company.
