When ordering a waist trainer, they tell you to go a size smaller than what you wear. I did that and it wasn't ready for me. Im ok with that but when I asked about the options for a return the company BS me. They basically told me that it would cost me more to return or exchange it, and that the best option would be for me to just keep it and waste money to buy another one. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY OR WEBSITE. Its not worth the heada6

Initially, they suggested I try to pick up the item from the postal service, despite it being back in California. I explained that I was from another state and couldn’t do that. Their response was: The package will be destroyed upon return, so we cannot provide a refund or arrange for redelivery. However, we can offer you a 20% discount on your next order as compensation. Please do not order anything from Shapshe, they are a Scam. I placed an order and inputted my address correctly but the address printed on the shipping label was incorrect, confirmed by USPS. This caused my item to be sent back to their facility. Although the site advertises returns accepted, I was advised that I would have to ship the items to China. I did not realize the shipment was initiated in China until I inquired about the delay in receipt. Customer beware of returning items that are ordered from a Chinese company.

I ordered two faux leather skirts (USP53028) from the company that were described as PU Leather, but when I received them the packaging said polyester, spandex and cotton material. The worst part is they did not have any lining in them, period. I am conversing with a customer service agent trying to get the return information (China). Even though their return policy states that I will not be responsible for return shipping cost if there are issues with their garments, currently they are only offering me a 15% credit. I should have done my homework first, lesson learned. Hopefully, my mistake will prevent someone else reading this review from ordering from this company. BE AWARE IF HEADS ARE CHOPPED OFF IN ADS.
US buyers beware. All sales are final because shipping back is the consumers responsibility if “return is caused by consumer” and it costs more to ship back than the item costs. Size runs small and wrong size falls under the “return caused by consumer.”
