Update: Almost 3 months later and still no resolution. Continuing to work with credit card company. Would not recommend this company.Update: Submitted a charge back via the credit card company because I continue to receive responses to my refund request in which Shapshe is offering to give me my money back once I remove the negative review on this site.OP:Submitted an order, card was charged, nothing received. Wrote to customer service, they responded quickly to tell me that the products I ordered were "our new style so they take a few longer time to prepare for you. We have marked the prioroty delivery for you." The need for this product came and went and I requested a cancellation and am now in a back-and-forth email conversation where they are offering me discounts on additional purchases if I keep my order and are now telling me there is a 15% handling fee for the order they have yet to handle if I continue to request it be cancelled. The website has many disclaimers about the company not being responsible for what is on the website.
