I ordered two bras from shapshe. The website directs you to email for returns. The email I received back asked for pictures “because they needed to check the warehouse” before telling me where to return the items. The next email suggested I keep the items and buy more with a 20% coupon. This is a fast fashion hustle and I will never order from them again.
