I strongly advise against ordering from this company as it has proven to be a scam. I placed an order and entered my address correctly, but the shipping label had the wrong address, as confirmed by the postal service. This led to my item being returned to their facility. I contacted their customer support to request a refund, since their website states a 30-day return policy for unused items. Initially, they suggested I try to pick up the item from the postal service, despite it being back in California. I explained that I was from another state and couldn’t do that. Their response was: The package will be destroyed upon return, so we cannot provide a refund or arrange for redelivery. However, we can offer you a 20% discount on your next order as compensation. Please consider my experience before spending your time or money with this company.
