I have been trying to get my elderly mother's records sent to her memory care facility since late June. It’s now November. Everything is done via fax and mail, which is outdated and slow. After four months, I was told they mailed the request to the wrong address. They provided a case number and apologized, but now they claim the facility must request the records, not my mother or her representative.
